Conference Management System for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bahrain
About Client
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bahrain is responsible for managing the country's relationships with other nations and organizing key events like the Manama Conference. However, coordinating these large-scale events was becoming increasingly difficult due to the lack of a centralized system to manage guest accommodations, schedules, and employee tasks. This led to inefficiencies and delays, making it clear that the Ministry needed a more effective solution.
Project Overview
To address these challenges, we worked closely with the Ministry to fully understand their needs. Our primary goal was to create a mobile app for conference attendees to access event details, schedule meetings, and receive notifications, along with an Admin Panel for the Ministry staff to manage every aspect of the event. We used Figma to design a user-friendly interface, Flutter to build a cross-platform mobile app, and Angular, PHP, and MongoDB for a robust Admin Panel. The Agile methodology allowed us to make continuous improvements based on feedback from the Ministry, ensuring the system met their evolving needs.

Project Outcome
The system successfully enhanced communication between conference attendees and Ministry staff, making it easier for attendees to access event information and for staff to organize the entire event. The mobile app improved the attendee experience, while the Admin Panel streamlined the work of Ministry employees, leading to greater efficiency in managing conferences. Moving forward, we are committed to providing ongoing support and continuously improving the system based on feedback from the Ministry. Our future plans include adding more features to make conference management even more seamless and effective.
